L'Oréal Paris - Not Women's Day
Conform • Color Grading • Tracking • Rotoscoping • 2D VFX
Description
To celebrate Women's Day, we delivered a one-month project featuring female athletes with disabilities who are also champions in their disciplines. The production and post-production team's objective was to tell their inspiring stories through various shots, with particular attention to movement, light, and scene energy.
My role centered on conform, 2D VFX compositing, beauty retouching, and render preparation. Together, we ensured corrections and adjustments strengthened the project's visual and narrative impact.

Challenges & Solutions
Project Organization
Sequences needed preparation to enable the team to work efficiently on highly varied shots.
I structured files in Flame and organized versions so each member could intervene without slowing production, enabling a dynamic workflow.
2D VFX Compositing & Set Clean-up
Undesirable set elements (dust, obstacles, people) needed elimination without disturbing scene authenticity.
I applied 2D corrections combining precise tracking and frame-by-frame retouching. Each shot was validated to preserve narrative strength and immersion.
Beauty & Subtle Retouching
Our mission was also to correct imperfections without altering models' naturalness.
Through targeted retouching and meticulous rotoscoping work, we preserved skin texture and natural facial expressions while enhancing details.
Final Renders
Finally, we needed to deliver a broadcast-ready project adapted to different formats and platforms.
We generated optimized exports preserving quality, movement, and details, ensuring captivating rendering across all screens.
